How do I go about receiving a refund?

In order to receive a refund, please open a ticket (https://support.instadoodle.com/support/home) and provide us with the following information:

1. Email that you used to make the purchase

2. Receipt that you received from the payment processor (not from PayPal, it should look like: INSxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxxx)

3. The reason why you want the refund.


Failing to provide this information can extend the time that it will take us to process your refund.

After you provide this information, in under 24 hours, a InstaDoodle Team member will assist you with refunding your order.

Please be patient, we always process all refunds, as long as they are in the 14 days money-back guarantee policy.
